Education assistance is available through the National Council for Persons with Disability (NCPWD) to improve enrollment, retention and completion of education cycle for for persons with disabilities from Primary, Secondary, Colleges, Vocational Training Schools and University.

The Ustawi scholarships programme is a conglomerate of scholarship initiatives run by the Council namely Faulu, Wezesha, KPC Inuka, KCB Foundation and Hellen McGowan scholarships.
